Love is no longer in a picture anymore when one party of the relationship is suffering from it while the other is hiding behind the veil, pretending pretend that the root cause of the problem is does not exist. This is what I saw in a relationship between two of my friends.
After talking to one of them while I gather the information about the other party from someone else, I believe that their relationship could not be salvaged. It’s about time that one of them has to let go. Perhaps the one who is suffering should just take the first step. But it would be a normal reaction for the other party to become more concern after the step. But it will be too late.
When unhappiness reins free and is left unchecked, this is what it will do to love. One party will have tears flowing freely. I really admire some of my friends who has been going strong for many years. Perhaps it’s because they are concern with one another. Perhaps they do agree on an existence of problem and move as a collective force trying to tackle the problem head on. Whatever it is, may their love continue to grow strong and prosper.
For now, I will pray for the best outcome for both of my friends. No matter what the outcome will be. Just hoping that they could see dawn beyond the horizon.
